They probably thought they had their work cut out for them with me.
I was taken to the exam /xray room where they introduced me to the teck. I can’t remember the beautiful ladies name. Jordan was so involved with my entire visit, as well as Sy. Explaining everything that they were doing, throughout the exam. Sy examed my teeth,gums, bones in my face, i have never had a dentist do to such a through exam in all my years.i have a follow-up appointment in February for a consultation about what I need to take care of my teeth .. I was scheduled for my permanent crown to be seated on Thursday but the temporary crown broke at breakfast on Tuesday morning, leaving sharp edges. I called the office and Tracy was wonderful! She put me on a list of first available appointments and enabled me to get help that afternoon! Her compassion and kindness is one of the reasons Dr. Mullins has my loyalty.

This was my first visit to my family dentistry and I was quite impressed with how I was welcomed as well as the exam and the explanation of the exam and what steps needed to be taken. I feel very good about moiving forward with the treatment plan. I had my second visit with my family dentistry for a tooth extraction and have to say I was quite happy with how well dr mullin and staff took care of me.
