Calm comfortable care
My name is Laura Mullins and I’m a dental hygienist here at My Family Dentistry. I’ve been a dental hygienist for over 20 years now, which seems crazy. I started out really working here and have stayed the whole time. So here at My Family Dentistry, we have always wanted to have a really comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. From the moment when you walk into the door, we try to have like a living room kind of perspective so that when you walk in, you’re not immediately hit with, “Oh, wow, I’m in a dental office.” Because for a lot of people, that creates anxiety. And so we want to reduce anxiety as much as possible. So that’s why we try to make it like family.
And we are called My Family Dentistry because we really adopt our patients into our family. We try to give them the highest possible care that is available out there, not just the highest possible care that we can deliver, but we also try to research to see what is the best that’s out there. And to our best ability, we try to incorporate that into our practice. As a patient, when you come here, we want you to feel like you’re part of our family. We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed while you’re here. And we want you to also leave with the confidence that what you received here was the best that we could have possibly given you and you’re confident with your smile. From the time you walked in the door, the pain was gone. And then it never returns.
